At Air1Fares.com, some bookings may include a service fee in addition to government taxes and airline/hotel/car rental charges. These fees help us maintain secure technology, customer care support and premium travel services.

Below is a breakdown of standard service fees that may apply.

Online Booking Service Fees

Exceptions & Special Cases

Certain bookings may include higher or additional service fees :

• Business & First Class Airfares : Up to $200 per passenger
• Multi-City / Open-Jaw Trips : Up to $100 per passenger
• Cities with High Fraud Risk : Up to $40 per passenger
• Alternate Date & Nearby Airport Searches : Up to $55 per passenger
• Fusion Fares / Value Offers : Up to $100 per passenger
• Unaccompanied Minor Tickets : Up to $100 per passenger
• Contact Center Bookings (phone bookings) :
  1. Range from $15 – $250 per passenger
  2. Senior Citizens : up to $125 per passenger
  3. May include premium package benefits (e.g., extra support, flexible options)

Important Information

• Transaction service fees are generally non refundable and may change without notice.
• If you cancel a booking within 24 hours, the service fee is refundable.
• For cancellations after 24 hours, the service fee is non refundable.
• You will always be charged the final total price as quoted at checkout, which includes all applicable taxes along with fees and charges.
• Please review the total amount carefully before confirming your booking.
