Refund Processing Timelines
Where refunds are applicable, they will be processed in accordance with the policies of the relevant supplier and payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the nature of the service and the supplier involved, and may take several weeks to complete. Air1Fares.com does not control banking or payment network timelines once a refund has been initiated.
Force Majeure
Air1Fares.com shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control. Such events may include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, labor disputes, government actions, pandemics, travel restrictions, or technical failures affecting suppliers or booking systems.
FLIGHT BOOKINGS
HOTEL BOOKINGS
Hotel cancellation and modification policies vary by property and rate type. These policies will be clearly displayed on the booking confirmation page and included in your confirmation email.
Non-refundable hotel rates cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances unless otherwise stated by the property.
Check-in and check-out times are determined by the property. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may result in additional charges payable directly to the hotel.
Room descriptions, images, and amenities are provided by the property for reference purposes only. Actual room layouts, features, and views may vary.
Certain properties may require mandatory fees, including but not limited to resort fees, destination fees, or service charges.
These fees are not included in the rates displayed on our website unless explicitly stated and must be paid directly to the property.
Unless specified otherwise, displayed rates may not include applicable local taxes, which are also payable at the property.
If a hotel is unable to honor a confirmed booking due to overbooking, closure, or any other reason, and if no suitable alternative is available, a refund of the hotel booking amount will be processed in accordance with the supplier’s policies and timelines.
Air1Fares.com acts solely as an intermediary and does not guarantee the quality, condition, or suitability of any property. Any issues related to the stay must be addressed directly with the hotel.
CAR RENTAL BOOKINGS
Driver Requirements
The main driver must possess a valid driver’s licence from their home country or province.
Minimum age requirements for drivers depend on the rental company and location. Drivers under 25 may incur a Young Driver Surcharge.
Any such surcharge is determined solely by the rental provider, and Air1Fares.com does not control or guarantee the amount charged.
An International Driving Permit (IDP) may be required in some locations. It is your duty to check the specific needs.
Credit Card and Deposit
A valid credit card in the name of the lead driver is necessary at the time of vehicle pickup for a security deposit or pre-authorization. Prepaid or debit cards might not be accepted.
If a qualifying credit card is not presented, the rental may be denied without a refund.
This condition is set by the rental provider. Refund eligibility, if any, will be subject to the provider’s terms and applicable local laws.
Rental Agreement
The rental agreement from the rental company governs the rental process. Air1Fares.com is not part of this agreement, and you should read it thoroughly before signing.
Insurance
Basic third-party liability insurance may be required by local laws.
Additional coverage (such as theft protection and personal accident insurance) is available for an extra fee and follows the rental company’s terms.
Common exclusions may include tires, windscreens, roofs, undercarriages, and incidents involving driving under the influence.
Air1Fares.com suggests acquiring comprehensive coverage and/or travel insurance.
Air1Fares.com does not act as an insurer unless explicitly stated during the booking process. Any insurance products, if offered, are provided by third-party suppliers and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Fuel Policy
Fuel policies differ by supplier (e.g., full-to-full, full-to-empty). The relevant policy will be communicated at the time of booking. Not complying with this policy may lead to refueling charges at higher-than-market rates.
Such charges are determined by the rental provider and may include service fees in addition to fuel costs.
Mileage Policy
Mileage limits, if applicable, will be specified by the rental provider at the time of booking. Exceeding the permitted mileage may result in additional charges, which are set and collected by the rental provider.
Permitted Use
Vehicles must be operated in accordance with all relevant traffic laws. Off-road driving, traveling in unauthorized countries, or any use that breaches the rental agreement is strictly forbidden and may void insurance coverage.
Accidents and Incidents

If any component of a booked package becomes unavailable after confirmation and if no alternative is available, the affected component may be refunded or adjusted in accordance with the supplier’s terms and applicable laws.
Where required by law, appropriate remedies, including partial or full refunds, will be provided.
For all-inclusive packages, what’s included is decided by the resort and may change.
Air1Fares.com does not guarantee the availability or quality of all-inclusive services.

CRUISE BOOKINGS
All cruise bookings are subject to the cruise line's Passenger Ticket Contract, which details liability, itinerary changes, conduct, and passenger rights.
Cruise itineraries can change at the discretion of the cruise line due to weather, port availability, or operational issues.
Cancellation penalties for cruises increase as the departure date gets closer.
The applicable cancellation schedule will be displayed during the booking process and included in your booking confirmation and documentation.
Port charges, fuel supplements, and gratuities might not be part of the displayed fares and may need to be paid directly to the cruise line.
Any onboard credits, gratuities, or promotional inclusions are subject to the cruise line’s terms and may be modified or withdrawn at their discretion.
Cruise lines may enforce health, medical, and vaccination requirements. It is your responsibility to fulfill these requirements, as denied boarding due to non-compliance is possible.

In the event of a dispute, you or Air1fares.com must give the other a Notice of Dispute, which is a written statement that sets forth the name, address, and contact information of the party giving it, the facts giving rise to the dispute, and the relief requested. You must send any Notice of Dispute via email to: support@Air1fares.com. Air1fares.com will send any Notice of Dispute to you by mail to your address if we have it, or otherwise to your email address. You and Air1fares.com will attempt to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation within sixty (60) days from the date the Notice of Dispute is sent. After sixty (60) days, you or Air1fares.com may commence arbitration.
If you and Air1fares.com don't resolve any dispute by informal negotiation, any other effort to resolve the dispute will be conducted exclusively by binding arbitration as described in this section. You are giving up the right to litigate (or participate in as a party or class member) all disputes in court before a judge or jury.
